As our name suggests we believe that it is the combined efforts of people with various talents working in harmony that achieve the best results for our clients. To that end we have established a multi-disciplined team capable of offering a diverse range of skills and knowledge. In-house we have amalgamated team-players with many years of experience to develop proven strategies alongside those who can offer a youthful approach and innovative ideas. In this way we believe our business solutions can embrace the best of traditional and modern channels and deliver real benefits to our clients.

Managing Director

Spearheading the company is Tina Webb, who has a comprehensive background in Tinamarketing and business development spanning more than 25 years, and a reputation for nurturing excellent client relationships. Her strengths lie in strategic marketing planning and branding. Prior to founding Tri-Synergy Ltd she was involved in the formation and running of a manufacturing business for six years in the 1990s.

"Planning and branding are key to a company’s success. I find branding really interesting as it involves developing a ‘personality’ for a brand or a company and then using this personality to build relationships with a company’s market segments. Branding is both powerful and exciting!”

Outside of work (!) Tina enjoys walking, gardening and cycling.

 

Martin Webb – FCMA ACIS - martin@tri-synergy.co.uk

Finance Director

 

Overseeing all financial aspects of the business is Martin Webb, who has held the post Martinof finance director in various high-growth companies and can convey this experience and expertise to clients’ businesses. His strengths lie in producing the finance models upon which business development and marketing plans are based.

“It is always satisfying to produce financial models that can be easily interpreted by a business owner and used to good effect in a company. Finances underpin everything a business does and the numbers tell a story, which makes finances both essential and useful".

Away from the office Martin enjoys supporting Portsmouth Football Club, walking and travelling.

Key Account Manager

Natalie Gidney has proven strategic, creative and activation skills which combine to make her an ideal Key NatalieAccount Manager. She manages a wide range of clients and is also responsible for ensuring the efficient running and creative delivery of marketing campaigns, and writing and overseeing marketing planning and strategy for client accounts. She is also at the forefront of clients’ internet marketing, administering Pay per Click campaigns, website copy, E-newsletters and initiating creative ideas.

Natalie, who is a member of The Chartered Institute of Marketing, graduated in July 2002 with a BA (Hons) degree in Business and Marketing from the University of Portsmouth Business School. “I find marketing one of the most interesting disciplines in business. My focus is on the relationship between e-marketing and “traditional” marketing. Achieving the correct balance and blend of this relationship is vital; otherwise a company’s strategic objectives will not be met. Thorough and detailed marketing planning is imperative.”

Office Manager

Rachel Stevens effectively provides structure in what can be a maelstrom in a busy Racheloffice existence! Originally from a programming background, her responsibilities also encompass database and information analyses.

“I have always had an analytical approach to learning and numbers have always held a certain fascination for me. What is sometimes regarded as the minutiae of databases by one person can often be the lifeblood of business for another.”

Away from the office Rachel combines the demands of looking after two energetic sons with keeping fit, gardening, country walks and serving on the committee of her local scout group and school PTA.

PR Officer

 

As a former journalist Sheila Drummond has a sound working knowledge of the media.Sheila She worked for 10 years in the regional press and has retained many contacts within the industry.

Her key responsibilities are the compilation of press releases and reports, copy-writing and overseeing effective communications.

“What I enjoy most are meetings with clients where you uncover aspects of their lives and/or business which you know will contribute towards some really positive PR.”

Outside of work Sheila enjoys swimming, country walks, travelling, socialising and singing in a 100-strong mixed choir.

Graphic Designer

The visual flair and creative thinking behind Adam Osborne’s work is apparent in manyAdam projects ranging from promotional and corporate literature through to website design and animation.

“I really enjoy being a graphic designer because of the diversity – every project is different, which gives me new challenges and keeps my role within the company very interesting.

“I have a great love for the Arts and from a very young age became hooked on animation and cartooning.

In his spare time Adam enjoys the Arts and works on his own cartoon animation.

Internet Marketer

 

Keeping pace with the intricacies of e-marketing is the specialism of Tom Hicks, who joins us on a studentTom placement program from the University of Portsmouth.

“Within my role the aspects I most enjoy are keeping up-to-date with modern technology and online marketing techniques.”

In his leisure time, Tom, who is studying for an e-business BA (Hons) degree, enjoys snowboarding, kayaking and socialising in Portsmouth.
